1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of healthcare and personal care products, Drider Drop (eye drops) is not eligible for return once the product has been opened or used.

However, returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is leaking
  • Product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products with damaged seals after delivery
  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, or
  • The wrong product was shipped

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • In case of approved returns due to damage or wrong product, return shipping cost will be borne by Drider Healthcare Private Limited.
